How to make Meditation Essential Oil Blend Rollers: a simple essential oil blend to encourage focus, peace, and clarity.

With an endless amount of things to distract us, it can be hard to find the time or clarity for meditation. But as tough as it can be to make it happen, there are abundant benefits to taking regular meditation breaks. It’s sort of like pressing pause on the stream of stimulation that is constantly fighting for your mind’s attention. This simple meditation essential oil blend can help get you in the mood to meditate, thus encouraging relaxation and increasing your mind and body’s ability to cope with stress.

There are a great many essential oils available that can be used in blends to encourage feelings of peace and relaxation, or to increase clarity and concentration. This meditation essential oil blend is just one possible combination for this purpose. For more ideas, check out AromaWeb’s article, Meditating With Essential Oils.

About the Ingredients
Caprylic Capric Triglycerides (MCT) Oil
A super stable carrier oil, MCT is an odorless and fully liquid oil derived from coconuts. MCT is a staple ingredient in commercial skin and hair care products but has numerous advantages for artisan formulators as well. MCT can be paired with any scent, tinted any color, and will remain fresh for extended periods of time.
Angelica Root Select CO2 Extract
The deep, woody aroma of angelica root shines bright and warm in our exquisite CO2 Extract. The extract is liquid at room temperature, making it easy to work with and a pleasure to use. Angelica root acts as a base note in blends and perfumery, mixing well with florals, spices, citrus, and other woods. Herbaceous aromas such as basil and sage work particularly well with Angelica Root CO2 Extract.
Safety Note: Angelica Root Select CO2 Extract is highly phototoxic due to its significant composition of bergaptene (approximately 1.5%). This is approximately 20 times greater than the bergaptene present in its essential oil counterpart. We strongly recommend that you take that into consideration before incorporating Angelica Root Select CO2 Extract into any leave-on topical formulations. For such applications, it is recommended that you avoid sun or UV exposure for at least 12 hours.

Organic Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil
While traditional sources for sandalwood are dwindling, our responsibly produced Organic Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil remains a sustainable resource. The magnificent trees that are used to produce our Organic Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil thrive in Hawaii where they are managed by a reputable family-owned forestry organization.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
The beautiful aroma of ylang ylang essential oil has a deep, fragrant, and exotic scent that is prized for its use in perfumery and skin care. In aromatherapy, ylang ylang is often used to discourage fear and anger. It is believed to promote a sense of security and positivity.

Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
Roman Chamomile is famous for its use in calming formulations and is often used in applications meant to soothe both the skin and the spirit. The sweet, apple-like aroma of roman chamomile makes it a delightful addition to any formulation.
Lemon Balm (Melissa) Essential Oil
Also known as lemon balm essential oil, Melissa essential oil is often used in skin care formulations to balance moisture and tame oily skin. We added a handful of drops of Melissa oil to our cleansing balm to make it extra friendly to oily and combination skin types.
