60 Stupidly Simple Ways to be BETTER in 2025 – Alpha M

I really feel that we complicate life a lot of times. So, with 2025 approaching, I thought I would present my list of stupidly simple ways to crush 2025. You’ll look and feel better — and it will all be fun! And if you implement some of these, you’ll be amazed at how much better you’re going to kick ass in 2025.

We think we need a big strategy, plan, or complicated routine to change our lives when small and subtle changes make a big difference. When you stack up each small step on top of the other, you’ll be amazed at how much better you’ll be at the end of the year.

  1. Sleep. You need to be getting better sleep. 7 to 8 hours a night minimum.
  2. Less social media. Put your phone away, especially if you’re lying in bed surfing.
  3. Drink more water. Drink about 120 oz a day.
  4. Reduce alcohol. The recommended daily allowance for alcohol is zero.
  5. Improve your diet. Start eating more vegetables, reduce starchy foods, and cut out sugar.
  6. Eat healthy meat. It’s worth spending a bit more on higher-quality meat, especially after all the research I have done about the hormones pumped into it.
  7. Take your vitamins. Take a high-quality multivitamin daily, and don’t forget vitamin C, an amazing antioxidant.
  8. Cut out smoking. Whether vaping or otherwise, cut it out. Smoking is one of the worst things that you can do. You’ll also save money and look better!
  9. Start meal prepping. If you meal-prep once a week, you’ll have your meals planned and prevent poor diet decisions. This will help you be healthier.
  10. Reduce the amount you’re eating out.
  11. Eliminate sugary drinks. Any soda or energy drink is terrible for you and is empty of calories.
  12. Whiten your teeth. Get some Crest strips and use these a few days a week. Your teeth will be dazzling even if you have a jacked-up grill.
  13. Fix jacked-up teeth. If you’re insecure about your teeth, get them fixed. Get braces, veneers, or Invisalign.
  14. Take care of your skin. Wash your face twice daily, exfoliate twice weekly, and moisturize morning and night.
  15. Handle thinning and balding hair. Go to Bosley, get a hair transplant, or try Minoxidil.
  16. Get a better haircut. Go to a stylist rather than a barber.
  17. Condition your hair. When you shampoo your hair, condition it to help smooth the cuticle and replace nutrients and hydration lost after shampooing.
  18. Upgrade your hair dryer. If you’re using a cheap hair dryer, it will dry your hair out and strip moisture. This damages your hair. I like the Laifen Swift, which is comparable to the Dyson but a fraction of the price.
  19. Grow a beard. If it’s a bit patchy, trim it. A beard is a great way to look more attractive.
  20. Get a cat.
  21. Get a better fragrance. Also, switch it up.
  22. Make sure your ears are clean.
  23. Make sure your breath is fresh.
  24. Shave your balls.
  25. Wake up 30 minutes earlier. Use the time to plan your day.
  26. Be mindful.
  27. Be more present and in the moment.
  28. Have a goal for 2025 (that North Star).
  29. Give strangers compliments.
  30. Call your grandparents weekly.
  31. Clean out your wardrobe. You’ll be able to operate it more effectively and efficiently. If you have tee shirts with pit stains, throw them out.
  32. Wear clothing that fits your body.
  33. Throw out any clothes or shoes that are super trendy.
  34. Make sure your shoes are cleaned and polished. If they’re dirty, get rid of them.
  35. Get white minimal leather sneakers. They work and match with everything.
  36. Get brown sneakers. They’re cool!
  37. Get brown boots. They are quick and easy for you to elevate your style.
  38. Get better jackets.
  39. Elevate your jeans. Ensure they’re not too tight or too baggy and not too distressed. Invest in a great pair of jeans that will pay dividends long-term.
  40. Get a tailored suit. Investing in a higher-quality suit tailored for your body will make a huge difference in how you feel and look.
  41. Invest in a white tailored dress shirt.
  42. Wear a ring. It looks rugged and is a great addition to any guy’s hand.
  43. Wear a watch. This does not include an Apple watch.
  44. Wear a chain or bracelet.
  45. Ditch the fat wallet. Get a slim card holder or something smaller and lighter for your pockets.
  46. Say ‘yes’ to social invites.
  47. Get out of your comfort zone. Every day, look for an opportunity to do something different.
  48. Find your tribe. Look for opportunities to meet people and make new friends that are high value.
  49. Invest in yourself. Find something you’re passionate about or enjoy, and invest your time and energy in it. Invest in higher-value skills, which can make you more money in the long term.
  50. Start living below your means. This may mean looking for a different living place or driving a less expensive car.
  51. Stop buying what you don’t need.
  52. Don’t buy it if you can’t afford it. Pay cash.
  53. Save 10% of your salary. Build a nest egg, and invest extra money.
  54. Look for opportunities to invest. You don’t need to swing wildly for the fences or invest in cryptocurrency. Look for mutual funds, Roth IRAs, or other ways to have your money work for you.
  55. Educate yourself.
  56. Update your resume. It’s quick and easy.
  57. Change jobs if you’re unhappy. Life is too short to hate what you’re doing every day.
  58. Cut toxic people out of your life. They don’t deserve you.
  59. Learn to say ‘no.’ Don’t be a people pleaser.
  60. Take care of yourself. Respect your time and body. Your body is your temple, so you need to exercise. Develop the habit that will have the biggest impact on your life. It’s instant confidence, and you feel and look good. If there’s one thing I want you to do, it’s working out.
